For years I worked as a hands-on contractor, and I kept noticing how many of the people calling me were older adults, or families trying to help a parent stay put. So I earned my CAPS certification (Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist) to do that work the right way: not just competently, but with a real understanding of how bodies, homes, and independence change over time.

Before starting this business, I built everything from tiny homes to full remodels, and I've spent years managing complex reconstruction projects from start to finish.
